 Gala del Museo is an elegant
fundraising event benefitting Mexic-Arte Museum’s exhibition and education programs. Join Mexic-Arte Museum as it celebrates
twenty-six years in Austin with critically acclaimed exhibitions, exemplary
education programs, exciting cultural events, and a growing permanent
collection. Gala del Museo will take
place in a private home featuring a spectacular view, exciting
live Latin jazz, delectable cuisine, and distinguished guests.
The
theme, Imagining Mexico, illustrates
how Mexic-Arte Museum has, is, and will continue to share with communities in
Texas the diverse and vibrant images that have shaped the national identity of
Mexico, as well as important art resulting from the relationship between the
United States and Mexico. We invite you
to join Mexic-Arte Museum as a visionary in imagining Mexico through the arts
and helping create a stronger understanding between our two nations!

SPONSORSHIPS
Gala del Museo Sponsorships are available ranging from
$500 to $25,000, offering promotional benefits such as logo/name on
Gala banner and marketing collateral, name on the Mexic-Arte Museum
lobby sponsor board, and other benefits depending on the level, such as
complimentary Museum rentals or private tours.

We
hope that you will support us by making a donation to our silent auction, a
favorite of event patrons and one of the main attractions of our gala
events. Mexic-Arte Museum’s silent
auction, known as one of Austin's most interesting and varied, features goods
and services such as unusual Mexican and Latin American art and folk art,
travel packages to the Southwest and Mexico, gift certificates for quality
goods and services from Austin’s most prestigious restaurants and shops, and
other wonderful items.
In
recognition of your generous donation, all silent auction donors’ names will be
showcased in the Gala del Museo
program and on our website. Mexic-Arte
Museum is a 501©3 non-profit organization.
All donated items are tax-deductible, and proceeds from this event
support the Museum’s exhibition and education programs.
